First, take the time to download both our 3d relief sample file and our vector clipart sample files and test them to ensure they work with your software. If you do have problems please contact us and we maybe able to provide you with another file format that will work with your software.

Once you have tested the sample files and you have located the designs you wish to purchase, simply click the "Add to Basket" button, and the design will be automatically added to your shopping cart.

Most 3D designs are available in more than one style be sure to choose wich one you want or if you would like you can order all the styles at a discounted price.

You can view your shopping cart at any time. It is located on the left menu. You may  add items, delete items, or empty your cart at your convenience.

When you are ready to checkout, simply click "Continue" on the shopping cart page. Continue to checkout to enter your billing information and choose your payment option.

Once your credit card information is verified and your card is charged for your purchase, you will be e-mailed a link to a unique URL to download your designs.

If you have any problems with the order process please contact us and we will be happy to help you with your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Once you have purchased and downloaded your order, we can not issue refunds due to the nature of the product.

2. How do I find the 3D design or clipart that I'm looking for?

There is a search box located to the left of the webpage. Use this search box to search our designs and clipart, by description or by item number. Additionally, you can also browse by category.

3. Why have I not received my e-mail for my download information?

If in the event you do not receive your download e-mail confirmation, you may have spam filtering enabled and some messages will be automatically routed to your Bulk Mail or Junk Mail folder. If you do not receive the download confirmation message within a few minutes of your purchase, please check your spam/junk folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of to your inbox.

If you still have not recieved the e-mail with the download instructions, please contact us and we will happily e-mail you the purchased files.
